The place was clean, the staff were excellent, the room we had was beautiful, comfortable, had a bathroom, a terrace.

Many things to mention - everything was fairly clean, appetising food, awesome views. Appreciated our marvellous rooms and the staff were very good. There was a wide range of a restaurant and restaurants to choose from.

The staff was not that friendly.

Stunningly beautiful hotel and marvellous and magnificent location in the centre of the historic city. Exceptionally comfortable bed, good bathroom and a mini kitchen, free WiFi and an opening window in the room. Pleasant view from the window over garden. Location really close to attractions and restaurants, beautiful Siena for one night and exceptionally convenient for the Piazza Del Campo.

Enjoyed a pleasant stay here, with a lovely breakfast selection including rolls, juice, and fruit.

Nice hotel, beautiful , good location in city centre, quite easy to find. We stayed in triple room with small balcony.

The location is very convenient to all the historic attractions and the building itself is historic. It has a lot of funky charm.

Parking is an issue because of the location in the old quarter....to be expected.

Our guest room was amazing! It had a little kitchen, free Wi-Fi 📶, and a window that could be fully opened, which came in really handy.

This is a sensational hotel I would recommend this to anyone, the staff were fantastic, the facilities good, large bathroom, beautiful touches all around the hotel, we had a room that led out to a terrace area with outdoor furniture which we used for an afternoon vino & antipasto plate, 5 minute walk to the Campo 10 minutes back to the bus terminal, next door to an excellent restaurant La Taverna di San Guiseppi.

As a hiastoric building it is an unusual and atmospheric location, close to the historic centre of Siena,and the interior is attractive. We had a pleasant room with a small balcony..

I felt a minor reservation about the absence of on-site staff during the night. A phone number is provided in case of emergency, but this is not very reassuring for a foireigner.

Enjoyed my stay and didn't want to leave, thanks for a lovely weekend getaway between Florence and Paris.

The accommodation was quaint. The staff were very helpful. The breakfast was sufficient. The setting was very nice. We had a balcony and there is a beautiful courtyard garden downstairs. There is no lift and no airconditioning and it was very hot while we were at the accommodation. There were room fans but they weren't sufficient to cool the room.
